Here at Wedding Works we provide very individualized pricing, meaning we don’t have a one-price-fits-all approach. Below is a basic outline of how we charge our clients based on the services they need.

1) The Planning Package

Base Rate:

$250

per scheduled planning session

Let's Break it Down

The number of planning sessions you have with Rachel will be dependent on how long your engagement is, how large your wedding is, your needs as a bride, and what Rachel thinks is best in order to plan your specific wedding. This number can be decided on your Consultation Call with Rachel, and then a quote will be emailed to you.
Each planning session is $250 and has a 4 hour maximum.

** Travel fees apply for In-Person clients if we are meeting outside of a 1 hour radius from my location in Fort Worth, TX.

2) The Coordinating Package

$1000

What that Includes

This price includes up to 2 planning meetings with Rachel within the last months of your engagement, and then full hands-on coordinating services on your wedding weekend (2 hours at the rehearsal + 12 hours on the wedding day).
If you need to schedule additional planning meetings with Rachel beyond the 2 provided, you can add them on for an extra $250 per meeting.

** You may be required to cover the cost of my travel + stay if you purchase this package and your venue is over 90 mins from my location.

3) The Full Package

Planning Sessions

The rates are the same as the Planning Package above. $250 per planning session, with the # of planning sessions decided by Rachel & the bride after the consultation call.
