So, what Wedding Works do I offer?
Every bride is unique, so I offer three different packages to choose from depending on what you need during this process. Choose from one of our services below...
1) The Planning Package
This package includes up to 6 months of my hands-on help for your entire Wedding Planning Process.
This package includes scheduled planning meetings where I help the bride create + decide on guest lists, invites, RSVP's, websites, vendors, timelines, payment schedules, ceremony + reception structures, and so much more! Keep in mind, this package does not include in-person, day-of coordinating services at your rehearsal or wedding. If you just need direction + organization leading up to the wedding, but have enough in-person help lined up for the wedding weekend, this package is for you!

2) The Coordinating Package
This package focuses on full hands-on coordinating services during your wedding weekend. About a month out from your wedding, we will schedule 1 or 2 zoom calls or in-person meetings to go over timelines, expectations, etc. I will then provide coordinating services in-person for 2 hours at the rehearsal (if needed), and up to 12 hours on the day of your wedding. Wedding Works will ensure that every aspect of your wedding day runs smoothly, from vendor coordination to timeline management. I'm there to allow the bride to be present + experience a stress-free wedding day while I take care of the logistics + details.
If you are confident in your ability to plan most of the wedding on your own, but you're really wanting someone hands-on the weekend of your wedding to deal with vendors, the venue, scheduling, etc., then this plan is for you!

*If you are an Out-of-State Client purchasing this plan, there will be an additional travel cost for the in-person wedding weekend coordinating. If you are an In-Person Client within 30 miles of my Fort Worth location, I do not charge a travel cost for this plan.
3) The Full Package
This is the most commonly purchased package that includes BOTH full wedding planning services and in-person coordinating services on your wedding weekend! Along with up to 6 months of wedding planning services, I also provide coordinating at both your rehearsal and wedding. In addition to scheduled planning meetings, I'll be hands-on for 2 hours at rehearsal and up to12 hours on the wedding day.
If you're looking to have a consistent person to help with the entire start-to-finish wedding planning process + the excellent execution of your special day, this package is the best fit for you!
